Dawson's House is a residence in Capeside, Massachusetts.
About[]
Dawson and his parents live in a two-storey Creekside summer villa, with a private dock. It's uncertain exactly when the family moved in, but Dawson's lived there his whole life so at least since the early '80s. According to Grams, their next-door neighbour, these houses were originally only summer houses, which makes them extra cold in the winter time.[2]
Layout[]
The front door leads into a hallway with a staircase on the right, leading up to Dawson's Room and the living room on the left. Ahead is the combined large kitchen and dining room, which has a back door. Exiting the house, the front door leads onto a window paned veranda, decorated on the right with a wicker sofa facing The Creek and two wicker chairs facing the sofa.
