Gretchen and Pacey's House is a residence on Dawson's Creek, located in Capeside, Massachusetts.

At the end of summer in 2000, Gretchen and Pacey move in together after Gretchen returns to Capeside and Pacey returns from his trip with Joey on True Love. The beach house is leased out for the year until Gretchen leaves town again and Pacey graduates from Capeside High.
